Die 2001 gegründete und in der Region Stuttgart beheimatete Band “Jazz-it!” spielt Jazz, den sie selbst als „contemporary mainstream“ bezeichnet. Sie spielt elegante Musik, die swingt und groovt. Alle Kompositionen stammen von Regina Büchner und Karl Farrent. Sie sind melodisch und jazzig, mit deutlicher Anlehnung an die Jazz-Erfahrungen des 2Osten Jahrhunderts, aber auch mit Einblicken in den zeitgenössischen Jazz des 21sten - Musikalität und instrumentale Kompetenz, aber auch Gelassenheit und Humor kennzeichnen die packende Melange.

The band, founded in 2001 in the south German area around Stuttgart, plays, what they themselves describe as, „contemporary mainstream jazz“. “Jazz-it!” plays elegant music, that swings and grooves. All compositions are by the two co-leaders, Regina Büchner and Karl Farrent. They are melodious and jazzy, offering both distinct echoes of the 20th century jazz experience and insights into contemporary 21st century sounds.
